Rates at Tres Sirenas include all amenities, a delicious daily breakfast, daily maid service and our beautifully maintained oceanfront accommodations, all in an intimate setting. We offer an exquisite beachfront experience at a great value; our rates are value-added and therefore cannot be discounted nor commissioned.


HIGH SEASON RATES (November 15 - April 30):

$870 per night/$5,800 per week, up to 10 guests, Additional Guests $50 per person, per night.

Central American & Caribbean Games Special Event Rates:

July 10 - August 1, 2010 - Winter Rates Apply

A one week minimum stay is required during the Games in the Rincon area and Mayagüez.


RENTAL POLICIES:

Tres Sirenas Beachfront Inn offers four oceanfront units to choose from. Early reservations are always recommended. A four night minimum will always apply. Shorter stays may be available with last minute availability. In High Season a one week minimum may apply. Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Years Week, President’s Day Week in February, and Easter Week require a full Inn, One Week Rental. Entire Inn rentals require a minimum 4 night stay. Reservations require a 50% deposit that is refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $50 cancelation fee. We recommend obtaining travel insurance from providers such as www.InsureMyTrip.com, to protect yourself from unforeseen contingencies; it's cheap and sensible. Cancelations made after 60 days prior to arrival date will not be refunded. Cancelations made less then one week prior to arrival date, including no-shows will be charged for the entire balance of the reserved stay. Guests departing early will be charged the entire balance of the original reservation. Cancelations must be confirmed in writing. Master Card, Visa and ATM/ATH are accepted for payment. The balance due shall be paid in full on the date of arrival. A 5% Energy surcharge and 9% government tax is charged for a total of 14% in additional taxes and fees and collected with the balance due on arrival. Tres Sirenas has a no visitor policy, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Any additional guests will be charged $50 per day, per person. Guests renting the entire Inn who are planning an event will be charged an event fee of $500 for up to 25 persons including registered guests, and $1000 for 25 - 40 persons, including registered guests. Any damages to the rooms, and Tres Sirenas property will be promptly assessed and charged to the credit card of record, at the discretion of the management. No Smoking is permitted in the rooms.  Check-In is at 3:00 p.m., Check-Out is at 12:00 p.m. Late check-ins arriving after 6:00 P.M. are required to make special arrangements for access to their rooms by calling us in advance.
