RENTAL POLICIES:
Tres Sirenas Beachfront Inn offers five oceanfront units to choose from. Early reservations are always recommended. A four night minimum will always apply. In the High Season, a one week minimum may apply. Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Years Week, President’s Day Week in February, and Easter Week require a full Inn, One Week Rental. Entire Inn rentals require a minimum 4 night stay. Check-In is at 3:00 p.m., Check-Out is at 12:00 p.m. Late check-ins arriving after 6:00 P.M. are required to make special arrangements for access to their rooms by calling us in advance. Reservations require a 50% deposit that is refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $50 cancelation fee. We recommend obtaining travel insurance from providers such as as www.InsureMyTrip.com, to protect your trip from unforeseen contingencies, including bad weather, illness or job-realted delays. Travel insurance is cheap and sensible. Our guests book their stays way in advance, so it is very unlikely that any last minute vacancies can be filled. Cancellations made after 60 days prior to arrival date are not refundable. Cancellations made less then one week prior to arrival date, due to any circumstance, will be charged for the entire balance of the reserved stay. Guests departing early will be charged the entire balance of the original reservation. Cancelations must be confirmed in writing via USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex. Master Card, Visa and ATM/ATH are accepted for payment. The balance due shall be paid in full on the date of arrival. A 7% Energy surcharge and 9% government tax is charged (for a total of 16%) and collected with the balance due on arrival. Tres Sirenas has a no visitor policy, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Guests renting the entire Inn who are planning an event will be charged an event fee of $500 for up to 25 persons including registered guests, and $1,000 for 25-40 persons, including registered guests. Any damages to the rooms, and Tres Sirenas property will be promptly assessed and charged to the credit card of record, at the discretion of the management. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Any additional guests will be charged $50 per day, per person.
