Tell us when you'd like to stay with us and we'll quickly confirm it for you, by email or phone. Completed reservations are assigned a confirmation code, which you must have at check-in.

Rental Policy: Minimum stays may apply; weekend minimum stay is three nights. Reservations require a 50% deposit. We accept VISA, MasterCard and most ATM cards. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date Cancellations made within the 60 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable. A small fee will be charged to cover cost  of refunded deposits. Deposits made to reserve holiday weeks are non-refundable. 

Cancellations made less than one week of the arrival date will be charged for the full stay. We advise you to purchase travel insurance. It is inexpensive and the smart thing to do. For competitive rates, go to InsureMyTrip.com. The number of Guests per room is determined by capacity. Rentals of the entire Villa is for 10 Guests; each additional Guest will be charged $35 per night. There will be a $50 daily surcharge for each person not listed on the registration. Reservations made online will be assigned a Confirmation Code, which you must have at check-in. Cancellations must be made in writing, by US Mail, other carriers or by telephone and will be assigned a Cancellation Code, in order to be a valid and non-disputable cancellation. Rates subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to a 9% government room tax and a 5% energy surcharge.
